"Not a Lot to Pick From"
I was hoping there’d be more variety, but it was mostly the same kind of stuff over and over. After a while I just kind of lost interest, honestly. Maybe I expected too much, or maybe I was just not in the mood, but yeah, it felt boring.

I was expecting a bit more for the price. The toys looked really fun on the site, so I thought they’d be decent quality, but when they showed up they just felt kind of cheap, like they wouldn’t hold up for long and...

For what I spent, I feel like I probably could’ve found the same kind of stuff somewhere else for less. Nothing about it really felt like a great deal, or even a solid buy, which was disappointing because I wanted to like them.

Maybe other people wouldn’t be bothered by it, but for me it just didn’t feel worth the money. I don’t think I’d order from Toysmith Toys again, unless the prices were way better or the quality was...

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered a couple of toys after a friend recommended the site, and I thought they’d show up within a few days. Shipping ended up taking longer than the estimate, and I didn’t get many updates while I was waiting, which was frustrating. The toys themselves were fine once they finally arrived, but the delivery time was definitely annoying. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly...

I wasn’t happy with this order at all. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, this felt like way more hassle than it should’ve been. i don’t think it was worth the trouble

"Prices are kind of ridiculous"
I don’t know what these guys are thinking, but the prices feel way too high. I found the exact same toys cheaper at other places, so paying more here just feels like a rip-off. Not the worst store ever, but come on, don’t treat customers like suckers.

"Delivery was frustrating"
My order did eventually show up, so I guess that’s something, but the whole delivery process was a mess. It arrived much later than expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I had to keep checking and following up myself. Maybe the product is fine, but the stress of getting it wasn’t really worth it. I’m not sure I’d order from here again.

I checked out toysmithtoys.com because I was hoping to find toys that felt a little more unusual or hard to find, but most of what I saw reminded me of the same stuff you run into at random gift shops or on a bunch of other toy sites.

A few things looked cute in the pictures, but the more I browsed, the less impressed I was. The selection felt limited, and the whole experience had that kind of overly automated, impersonal feel that always gets on my nerves. I was really hoping to find something different for my kids, but I ended up leaving disappointed...

I bought a toy from toysmithtoys.com because the age label made it seem like it would be okay for a younger child, but once it arrived, I really didn’t feel comfortable with that. There were small parts and some fiddly pieces that immediately made me worry about safety, so I ended up putting it away instead of handing it over.
It might be perfectly fine for an older kid who can handle that kind of thing, but the recommendation felt off to me and I wish it had been clearer. I’m cautious with toys, especially anything that could be a choking risk, so this was disappointing.

"Fun while it lasted, but not worth the wait"
I was excited to finally get this toy after waiting longer than I expected, so it was frustrating when it cracked after only two days. It was fun at first, but breaking that quickly was really disappointing.

"Exchange process was frustrating"
I needed to exchange a toy, it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected.

The instructions weren’t clear, the replies took a while, and I kept having to follow up just to figure out what I was supposed to do next. It pretty much felt like no one was actually taking ownership of the issue.
By the end, I was just annoyed and wishing I had ordered from somewhere else. A simple exchange really shouldn’t be this frustrating

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been really frustrating. I’ve reached out to support a few times, but I keep getting the same vague replies and no clear answer. I just want to know when the refund is actually going to come through.

I got the wrong stuff in my order again, which is frustrating. I’m not sure if someone’s mixing things up in the warehouse or if their system is glitching, but this isn’t the first time it’s happened

A friend recommended I check this out, but just going by the product photos, it looked a bit cheap and flimsy to me. I wouldn’t feel great trusting it for kids, and the colors didn’t look quite right either, so I ended up passing on it

"Okay for play, not so much for gifting"
I ordered a few little toys to use as birthday gifts because they looked cute and fun online. When they arrived, though, they felt a lot cheaper than I expected, and the packaging was a bit squashed, so I didn’t feel great about wrapping them up. The kids did play with them for a bit, so it wasn’t a total miss. BUT i wouldn’t buy these again as proper gifts. Maybe for a stocking filler or a quick little extra, sure, but not for a birthday present

"Toys broke way too fast"
I bought this set of wind-up toys for my kid, they were disappointing. Two of them broke the same day we opened the box, and one already had loose plastic pieces before we even played with it. The paint was chipped too, which made it feel like it had been used already.
My kid was excited at first, but that didn’t last long. We ended up tossing most of them because they just felt cheap and poorly made. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion.

"Not really what I was expecting"
I bought a couple of these thinking they’d be a bit more educational, but they just felt like basic toys. Maybe I was expecting too much, but my kid lost interest quickly and I didn’t really see much learning happening. I’m not the only one who feels like these should’ve had a little more to them, right?

"I placed a bulk order and somehow..."
I placed a bulk order and somehow half the items didn’t show up. Then support took days to get back to me, and even after that I had to keep following up just to find out what was going on. It felt like extra work I shouldn’t have had to do after already paying for the order
